Terms of use AllUmeeT

        I. Introduction

1 This, hereinafter referred to individual enterprise software applications just as SOAP, runs an online platform for smartphones with an associated software on the mobile device (a so-called "app") with the aim of people to network and create new opportunities for communication .

 2 To use the communication platform, it requires a one-time registration (see point IV Registration and these Terms and Conditions).

3 The operation of the online platform as well as the "App" is located in the test phase. That the full functionality is still not achieved, and with the occurrence of errors and problems can be expected. After completion of the test-stage or a significant enhancement of the subject matter hereof, amended general terms and conditions will enter into force after approval by the user.

      II Scope of the General Terms and Conditions

1 SOAP provides the communications platform, short Allumeet, on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions. By registering with Allumeet the user consents to the validity of the General Conditions of SOAP agree.

    IV Registration

2 Only persons legally capable to be permitted to register at Allumeet. Minors may only register with explicit consent of their parents or legal guardians Allumeet. A written consent shall be sent by mail to register@allumeet.com.

3 By registering, the user confirms its knowledge and the unlimited recognition of the content of these General Terms and Conditions.

4 Each user may register only once per smartphone in Allumeet and confirms with its registration that it has not deleted a previously activated user account.

VIII Content Created by Users and Rights to such Content

2 Liability

    XI. Termination of the use or exclusion

  XII. Other provisions

1 Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions

b. Place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Vienna, Austria.
